Stoilovo village is located on top of a hill, about 300 meters above sea level. It overlooks the north and east, covering a large part of the mountain and all Strandja villages around.

The route starts from the village to the northeast ridge along a forest road. After that there is a 40 minute descent to Veleka *. At first it goes along the ridge, but descending to the river it enters the forest. The trail is covered with soft, bright green moss. Where you can most easily cross the river to reach Petrova Niva is where there is the foundation of a destroyed bridge. After that there is a smooth climb to the area of Petrova Niva. In places there is forest thinning, with views of the river valley. The route reaches the area of Petrova Niva. Here you can see the monument Preobrazhentsi, the chapel “St. Petka” and the museum collection. The return to Stoilovo starts with a steep descent to Veleka river with opportunities for recreation and bathing in Balabanov pool. Climbing to the village, the route follows the valley of Razdol which reaches the last houses of Stoilovo.
